Our story picks up a few weeks after the Ted Snelps affair where we find Special Agent Larry Lardman back in the ‘Bung-Hole’ District to get information on the bigot conflict from his favorite hero Captain Punishment. But before the agent can get the answers he seeks the two are interrupted by television personality Tim Derringer of “Operation Catwalk”. Wanting to reshape the hero’s image, the reality star offers Punishment a makeover as a reward for his heroism. Will Punishment’s star shine again or will it be blown out of the sky by the new self-combusting “Anomaly” Abel Carrington?
